Who is FCDC?
FCDC is a Finnish data center development company headquartered in Helsinki, with an office in Tampere. We prepare powered land, grid connections and permits so that hyperscale, AI and colocation operators can enter the Finnish market and start building, fast.
In two years, FCDC has delivered four data center projects across Finland, totaling 570 MW of connection capacity. All four are now under construction with operator partners including Verne and DayOne. Today, we hold approximately 3 GW of secured development capacity.

We coordinate design, cooling and connectivity with specialist consultants and technical partners
